I am a 26 year old student, studying Primary Education at Monash
University's Peninsula campus. I live in Frankston with my wife and two
young children and am the endorsed Greens candidate for South-West Ward.
Council's decisions must take into account the future impact that they
may have on the world of our children. This requires Council's full
commitment to honesty and transparency. If elected, I will endeavour to
meet local community groups to ensure that Council hears the needs of
residents. I aim to advocate better public transport in Frankston but
oppose a bypass through Pines Flora & Fauna Reserve and a new Marina
complex. I provisionally support infrastructure works easing the
Frankston Freeway bottleneck and an environmentally sound Safe Boat
Harbour. I will provide a voice for young people and families, advocate
for better family & social services, and ensure a Council with a social
and environmental conscience.
